Norse Arming Coat

Since he's become a squire, Adam has been doing a lot more fighting. And part of the this new phase in his SCA life means being "showier" to lead by example. So he needed to display his heraldry, which was no easy feat as the Norse didn't do a lot of heraldic displays.

We decided to go with a wrap coat for the basic black with white and blue stripes. I used a lot of fusible interfacing to make the stripes lie flat. Sir Murdoch had the great idea to put his wolf on a hood to cover his gorget.
